Shipping Overview

Ha Giang Hemp ships worldwide from our fulfillment locations in Vietnam and the United States (Texas). Orders are shipped from the location closest to your delivery address whenever possible to ensure faster delivery and reduced shipping costs.

All products are handcrafted in small batches using traditional Ha Giang hemp textiles. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability.

 

 

 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if available).

 

 

 

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

 

Vietnam (Domestic Shipping)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

 

United States (Domestic Shipping)

  • Orders shipped from our Texas fulfillment partner.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

 


 

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Delivery times may vary due to local postal services or customs clearance.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Vietnam or the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Ha Giang Hemp is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges incurred during import.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Each item is unique
  • Minor variations in color, texture, and stitching are natural and expected
  • These variations are not considered defects

 

 

 

 

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Ha Giang Hemp is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hagianghemp@gmail.com, and we will assist you in tracking your order.

 

 

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ha Giang Hemp is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
