Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hagianghemp@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your shipping location (Vietnam or the United States).

Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hagianghemp@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized orders

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before placing a return request.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
