Shipping within Denmark typically takes 3-5 business days. For other European countries, delivery can take 5-10 business days, and for international orders, it may take up to 15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within Vietnam/USA. For other regions, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return my purchase if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items that you’re not fully satisfied with. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team to start the return process.
How do I track my order?

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
For returns within Vietnam/USA, we provide a prepaid return label. For returns from other countries, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
